Ryan Samuel began his career in the telecommunications industry and quickly migrated to the deregulated energy business in 2003. Prior to joining NAUP, Ryan was head of indirect sales for Cirro Energy, Dominion Resources’ retail assets in Texas and Vice President for River Oaks Energy & Incite Energy, both nation-wide energy consulting firms. Over the past 15 years, Ryan has successfully recruited, trained, and managed more than 1,000 energy consultants, brokers & advisers throughout Texas, Ohio, Illinois, Pennsylvania, and Northeast Markets and has contributed to countless successful energy-related transactions and conservation projects.
Ryan has enjoyed a significant career characterized by accomplishments in sales, marketing, business operations, commodity pricing, energy conservation & load management. He is responsible for all NAUP operations, sales and marketing strategies, supplier relationships and energy procurement & conservation services throughout North America.

Mr. Rodriguez is the Founder and Chairman of North American Utility Partners. Alex has founded and managed several successful organizations throughout his career in both the telecommunications and energy industries.
Prior to energy, Alex served as Vice President of Marketing for TelOne Telecommunications, Inc. a Houston, TX based re-seller of telecommunications services providing business to business systems development and related consulting services for several years.
In the early 2000s Alex served as Vice President of Business Development of AmPro Energy, Inc. and Vice President of Sales and Vice President of Marketing at Utility Choice Electric, LLC .
In 2004, Mr. Rodriquez Co-founded Stream Gas & Electric, Ltd. and served as its Managing Director of Operations for several years.. He was responsible for Stream Energy's operations and its functions as a Retail Electrical Provider.Alex oversaw Stream Gas & Electric's Retail and Wholesale operations staff, guided its regulatory efforts, oversaw its information technology customer care functions as well as its procedures and policies for quality control.
